This is how we goFROM YOUR IDEA TO A REAL SAMPLE

1. We talk about your idea
Write to us, call us or drop by the workshop. We answer all your questions, prepare a free, no-obligation quote and, if you like, we can meet so you can see materials, finishes and examples of other work. -
2. We start the design
If you decide to go ahead, you pay for the design service, which includes making a physical sample. We define your needs together in a face-to-face meeting or by video call. -
3. We make your first sample
We develop the proposal and make a real sample. We present it to you in person and explain every design decision, the materials and the details we have worked on. -
4. A second round, if you need it
You can ask for changes, improvements or even start again. The service includes a second and final design round, with a new physical sample. -
5. Approval and production
Once you give the go-ahead and confirm the number of units, we plan production. What you paid for the design is deducted from your order total.

What if you decide not to continue?
If the proposals don't match what you're looking for and you decide not to place the order, we give you the samples made (both, if there was a second round) and the service is closed. The amount paid covers the design work and the tests carried out.
If the problem is ours
If we cannot complete the design due to a limitation attributable to Miel de Limón, we refund the full amount of the design service.
We want you to know the conditions before starting so you can decide with complete peace of mind.
How many units?AS MANY AS YOUR PROJECT NEEDS
We don't have a minimum order.
We can look into a single unit, although in a project developed from scratch the design and testing costs weigh more on the price of that piece.
That's why this service is usually especially suitable for orders of several units. We'll help you weigh up the options according to the quantity you need.
Time to createAND A DATE WE AGREE WITH YOU
The lead time for a custom project depends on the design, revisions and the number of units to be made. Usually 14 to 15 working days from when you approve the design.
If you have an event or delivery date, tell us from the very beginning. That way we can assess the timing together and organise the work to be on time.
Tell usWHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO CREATE
You don't need to bring a finished drawing. Tell us what you want to achieve, who will use the piece and which details are important to you. If you have photos, sketches or references, attach them and we'll reply with ideas and a free, no-obligation quote.
