To keep the product in perfect condition, we recommend following these general guidelines:

Choose how to receive your order at checkout:

• Collection from the workshop (free): Calle Almonte, 18 · 21440 Lepe (Huelva). We'll let you know via WhatsApp when your order is ready to agree on a day and time.
• Home delivery with Correos Paq Premium: to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. Delivered in 24-48 working hours once the order leaves the workshop.

Lead times: we make each order in our workshop in 4 to 7 working days, plus 24-48 hours for Correos delivery. For custom designs we'll tell you the production time of your order.

Shipping costs: product prices do not include shipping. The exact cost is calculated in the basket according to the order weight (0.5 kg is added for packaging; for bulky parcels the volumetric weight is applied: length × width × height in cm / 6000) and the destination, and is shown itemised before payment. Approximate prices including VAT:

Orders over 40 kg: they are sent in several parcels or we find an alternative carrier. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or other destinations, write to us at info@mieldelimon.com and we'll prepare a quote for you.

In accordance with article 103.c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal and returns do not apply to products made to the user's specifications or clearly personalised. For all products made to order, it is the customer's sole responsibility to check and confirm the accuracy of the details provided before completing the order, including spelling errors.

For items purchased in standard format, without personalisation or custom adjustment, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, and must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, bearing the direct costs of return shipping.

If the product received has a technical manufacturing defect or a personalisation error directly attributable to Miel de Limón - Artesanía Digital with respect to the details provided by the user, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate, completely free of charge for the buyer. All items have a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, excluding damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the care instructions.
